Lexus Sheffield are based at the state-of-the-art Lexus Centre in Sheffield. Designed to support the amazing experience that Lexus customers demand the centre is the heartbeat of the Lexus operation which includes Sales & after care services.

Solution

Simoda completed an initial IT service review and provided Lexus with a comprehensive strategic IT modernisation plan which was to be delivered over a phased approach in agreement with the Lexus
management team.
 
As part of the plan Simoda migrated all Lexus users from Office 2003 to Microsoft 365 enabling them to utilise advanced features such as Microsoft Teams & Sharepoint. Simoda also replaced PC’s which were end of life and upgraded serviceable devices to the latest specifications required.
 
A critical part of the plan was to ensure that Lexus were protected from the risk of a cyber-attack, this was achieved in phase one of the project to adhere to strict guidelines set by the corporate brand.
 
Simoda now provide Lexus with a full managed service contract which with access to 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th line technical support resources.
